Free shipping
We ship all of our products worldwide.
Shipping time vary upon your location
2-5 days if products are immediately available in our UK warehouse, otherwise shipping time is 4-8 days and processing time is 1-3 days. Delivery time depends on stock availability and market demand, but we usually deliver our products in around 10 working days (unless products are immediately available).
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after placing your order to request a return or exchange.
We will keep you updated with all information regarding the status of your order.

What happens if the order is delayed?
During periods of high demand (especially Black Friday and the Christmas period) there may be delays in logistics. We strive to provide a first class service even during periods of high demand, but please take this into account when purchasing our products (we cannot always guarantee that orders placed in December will arrive before Christmas).
If your order is delayed for reasons beyond our control, we ask for your understanding and patience. We will then inform you immediately about the new delivery date. In all other cases, you can request a refund and/or if the order has not been received after 20 working days.
In case of more products purchased in the same order the following will apply:
1) If one ore more items are in pre order and if one or more items are available they will be both shipped together when the item(s) will be available
2) If one or more items are available and one or more items are immediately available (available with local shipping 2-5 days delivery as specified on each variant on product page) the immediately available items will be shipped separately and will likely be received before and later the item(s) with normal shipping will be sent according to standard delivery time.
Final price plus free shipping means that the product, shipping costs, money-back guarantee, free returns (where applicable) and Sandy Pearl services are included in the total price, but are added individually to the final price of the order. Exchange / Return policy
We offer free exchanges and for the first time we'll provide a return label in case of an exchange request.
We offer free returns in case the products are received damaged or in case refund is requested through store credit / gift card. In any other case returns costs are customer responsibility (all returns will be subject to a UK based return address).
A refund will be processed only if the products are returned in new and resalable conditions with the original packaging. In case of returns lost by logistic company SandyPearl is not responsible and a refund won't be allowed, but the customer will be able to receive a refund by making a claim to logistic company for lost parcel.
In the case of an approved return, a new product will be sent after the buyer has sent the return number to Sandy Pearl.
